All bait, tackle, and tuition are included, we also have temporary rod licences for clients – all we ask is that the client comes suitably clothed and wears suitable footwear, we also advise the use of a flask for a hot drink. (Please note the temporary licences are for short periods and long term clients will have to purchase a rod licence). Transport can be aranged if required.
Our service is based on a philosophy of person centered care, the numbers we take are very small generally a 1-3 (1 guide to 3 clients) ratio and on many occasions it can be less than this.
We use quality bait and tackle at all times.
W.V.A. tries to give all clients a varied and interesting challenge and we organise Pike fishing trips to the borders/Lakes & Scotland. (Please note these trips are not the usual price and arrangements are made via social workers/carers on an individual basis.)
